Yes, unlike some airlines who charge us for our baggage, Air Phil Express includes 15 kg baggage allowance for check-in plus 7 kg hand carried luggage.
Please take note that only 10k check-in baggage is allowed for your travel in Manila-Caticlan vice versa and Cebu- Caticlan vise versa.
